We had a good experience with Bold Auto Transport. Their price was reasonable, they showed up on time to get the car, transported it cross country, and it arrived when they said it would - in good condition. It was dirty on the outside but we knew the truck wasn’t covered. Nothing a car wash couldn’t fix. We’ll definitely use them to send the car back.
Great price. I do hate all the texting even though I can text. Theres a lot of money being spent here and a valuable piece of property being transported a simple phone call would do. Would have given them a 5 but my transport pushed back because of driver issues. But then got delayed because of a ice storm. Had it not been for the driver issue it never would have been delayed by the weather. That was not big issue for the rating the big issue was that i had to contact them to find out that the weather shut things down and delayed the transport after waiting a day or so

Have been using Ready Logistics to transfer my vehicles cross states who have ZERO communication or accountability and will now be using Bold Auto Transport for my company. SAME DAY delivery on a vehicle that Ready Logistics held onto for 4 weeks. Thank you Bold Auto Transport! UPDATE: I am now on my 4th vehicle being transported by Bold Auto Transport! each interaction gets better and better, even when you think it couldn't cause they are so informative and prompt. Jack has been such a help. they even respond to you AFTER HOURS, who does that anymore! when purchasing vehicles from out of state transportation fee and arrival time is crucial. I had the absolute best most professional experience from start to finish with Bold auto Transport. From my agent Ted to the dispatcher to my Driver Tamerlan to the follow up representative Eve I was given such peace of mind and I couldn’t have entrusted a better company to handle my family vehicle getting safely from Texas to Arizona. They gave me an honest quote from the beginning, which of course it’s not cheap to get a vehicle safely shipped from one state to another across the country, as the shady companies outthere would lead you to believe but I was told from the beginning what it would cost and exactly when they would pick up my vehicle on time, and nothing worrisome ever arose, even though I was so stressed out entrusting my vehicle with anybody but all of my worries were alleviated as I was able to text and call the agent, the driver excetera with constant updates. They treated my vehicle just like they would their own, and it was shipped in an enclosed trailer with only one other vehicle, and received in the same condition They picked it up in. I literally had to organize this with Bold Auto Transport at the very last minute After dealing with so much uncertainty and unprofessionalism by other companies, especially knowing that this industry is full of fraud, etc. and Bold Auto came through above and beyond better than I could’ve ever expected. I had a great experience working with Bold Auto Transport! I reached out to them on a late Monday afternoon, and had my car picked up Wednesday morning and dropped off in another state the SAME day before the drop off location business closed at 5 pm. They outsource and they take a deposit and you pay the rest to the outsourced group. I had the drivers contact information and was able to reach out to him with any questions and he sent me pictures and confirmed when my car was dropped off. The process from start to finish was smooth and easy. If I ever need car transport, I will always reach out to Bold Auto! Their customer service is fantastic and there is always someone available to help— and if not, they will call you back within 10 minutes to see what was needed. Highly recommend!

The service was amazing. I called and spoke to someone on a Sunday. They took the order and I told them I wouldn't pay the deposit until they confirmed a driver. They called in Tuesday with a driver and our car was picked up from Boston that Friday, as we requested. The car was delivered to Florida that Sunday and everything was perfect. So happy and will use the service again.
I am actually a driver for Hauling Crew LLC. From a transporters perspective, they are quick to answer the phone, always available. And fast at taking care of things to have the vehicle readily available for transport. This is very important to get your vehicle delivered to you the fastest and safest way possible. If you ever want to know how well a Shipping Broker is, just try calling their dispatch line. If some companies don't answer the phone, we'll then most likely they ain't answer my call either. Bold Auto Transport is there to help and get it delivered. 5 stars!

Very professional service! I was unsure of who to look for with transporting my new Toyota Tacoma. I had never done anything like this before, so I was very much confused. Bold reached out to me and walked me through the whole process in a simple explanation. The agent who I worked with Andrew, was very helpful and ensured that my truck was transported safely and on time. They kept me up to date with any delays. In short: Great service. Fair price. Delivered on their promises. TLDR: Having never shipped a car before I didn't know what to expect. I thought maybe I was falling victim to an internet scam. Bold hasn't been in business that long and only had a few reviews, so I wasn't sure if it was a legitimate company. But, the owner called me and alleviated my concerns. They honored the price I was quoted. The driver was personable and professional. It was an overall great experience! I would use them again. You should too.
This was my first experience getting a vehicle transported and Andrew made this experience smooth and easy despite all the problems I faced with the car dealership to a driver not showing up for pick up. Andrew was with me every step of the way and worked so hard to make my experience as great as it can be and even followed up. I will definitely be only dealing with this company for future transports and I'll always 100% recommend Andrew .

I will start with, I have never shipped a car before… I put my information on one companies quote request and I got 20+ companies trying to get my business. Bold Auto Transport was the first to text me with actual pricing, I spoke with Andrew, he was extremely helpful and explained what he needed to get the ball rolling. I kept getting calls and text from other places some were much less than Bold so I did call a few other. I didn’t get good vibes from the other companies, for example they didn’t even answer the phone with their company name I thought I was calling a scammer. I did go with Bold even though they were more expensive, I did research them on google reviews, transport reviews, BBB, and FMCSA. They do have 2 complaints with BBB but they responded to each complaint with super fine details so I felt they did their due diligence. Andrew found me a driver to transport my car who was a super friendly guy named Roman. He got my car to the destination same day which was amazing. It was only one state over but still was amazing to me to have same day delivery for a car! I can’t even get fedex to deliver in 10 days let alone same day! All in all amazing experience. Hats off to Andrew and Roman!
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were able to have my car and motorcycle picked up on separate occasions from my house in the mountains in California. No other company would even try to get someone to come to my home because I live an hour drive up in the mountains. These guys did not hesitate and found two different drivers to come up. My car and motorcycle were taken to the East Coast and the delivery was flawless. Whenever I had a question or ordered more service, Adam, William, Chris and another person whose name I forget was always there to help. The phone was always answered by them personally and I was even given their direct lines that they always answered personally. This company does not use an annoying voice system but has humans answer their phones! It’s so great! Also, the drivers they used were exceptional people. They were very nice and very responsible with my vehicles. This company is awesome! Oh, and the prices were competitive and reasonable. A++ to them!
My story starts in Los Angeles, Mechanic says I was good to go on an across country move. Car packed up and I set out on the road. Welp I'm writing this review because about 10 miles south of Beaver Utah my check engine light came on and my car started smoking. I felt stuck, well because I was stuck in Beaver Utah. I asked around to get the car packed with my life fixed. After several quotes on money and time, I decided to just ship it home. I had never done this before so I luckily found this company. I called on a Saturday and by Tuesday my car was picked up directly from the hotel. I started the process of flying home and to my amazement, my car beat me home. This company is amazing and handled everything with care. My car was just as I left it when it arrived at my chosen destination. I hope I don't have to ship a car again, but if I do I know who I am calling!!
First time using a company like this, very polite from the dispatcher to the driver. Was able to get my car towed in a reasonable time and within the time frame they gave out. Also very reasonable with the price. Would definitely use them again if I had too.

Recently transported a vehicle from Massachusetts to Dallas, Alan was extremely professional and always on top of everything. I did had an issue with my transport, but once I notified Alan, he immediately jumped on to it and got everything sorted. On the day of delivery, the vehicle showed up after office hours and Alan stayed in to make sure everything was 100% with the delivery. Alan thank you sir! Great work definitely will be calling again for further transport needs.
Bold did a good with our car. There was some delay at first getting a carrier lined up, but it was the Thanksgiving week, so that wasn't unexpected. Car was picked up on Sunday and delivered on Wednesday going from Spokane WA to Los Angeles. Driver called an hour before delivery. Price was reasonable (I would never use low ball estimates from other people). I would use Bold again if needed.
