A one-sentence review is better than none. If you want a prompt, pick whichever of these felt most true for your shipment:
- How did the pickup process go — was the driver on time, careful with the Bill of Lading?
- How did transit communication work — did your coordinator give you useful updates?
- How did the delivery go — did the vehicle arrive in the condition you expected?
- Was the price what you were quoted, or were there surprise fees?
- Would you recommend Bold to a friend? If not, what would need to be different?
Critical feedback is welcome — anything you flag is more useful to us than "everything was fine".
