We had a good experience with Bold Auto Transport. Their price was reasonable, they showed up on time to get the car, transported it cross country, and it arrived when they said it would - in good condition. It was dirty on the outside but we knew the truck wasn’t covered. Nothing a car wash couldn’t fix. We’ll definitely use them to send the car back.

Great price. I do hate all the texting even though I can text. Theres a lot of money being spent here and a valuable piece of property being transported a simple phone call would do. Would have given them a 5 but my transport pushed back because of driver issues. But then got delayed because of a ice storm. Had it not been for the driver issue it never would have been delayed by the weather. That was not big issue for the rating the big issue was that i had to contact them to find out that the weather shut things down and delayed the transport after waiting a day or so

Very helpful. Kept me informed every step of the way. Have been using Ready Logistics to transfer my vehicles cross states who have ZERO communication or accountability and will now be using Bold Auto Transport for my company. SAME DAY delivery on a vehicle that Ready Logistics held onto for 4 weeks. Thank you Bold Auto Transport! UPDATE: I am now on my 4th vehicle being transported by Bold Auto Transport! each interaction gets better and better, even when you think it couldn't cause they are so informative and prompt. Jack has been such a help. they even respond to you AFTER HOURS, who does that anymore! when purchasing vehicles from out of state transportation fee and arrival time is crucial. Bold Auto Transport has came through like CHAMPS! thank you so much and I HIGHLY RECOMMED THEM!

Your coordinator helps you review available transport options. Before booking, confirm the current price, payment and cancellation terms, and estimated pickup window. Carrier assignment and acceptance determine the available schedule.
The carrier coordinates an accessible meeting point and records the vehicle’s condition on the Bill of Lading. Keep the delivery contact available, compare the car with that record on arrival, and document any differences before signing.

Most everyday vehicles can travel on an open carrier. Enclosed equipment reduces direct exposure to weather and road debris and is often considered for classic, luxury, or low-clearance cars. The right choice depends on your vehicle, budget, and available equipment.

Understand your estimate
A useful price starts with your shipment details. Distance, route demand, vehicle size and condition, equipment, dates, and location access all affect carrier availability and cost. An initial planning estimate can change when those details or availability change.
Compare quotes using the same vehicle, locations, trailer type, and date window. Check what each price includes, when payment is due, and how cancellation works. A low number on its own does not confirm a carrier or reserve a pickup date.

We coordinate interstate shipments, with Alaska and Hawaii options where available. These routes may involve additional transport stages, access requirements, and schedules. Confirm the transport mode and written route terms with your coordinator.

Plan an interstate shipmentBefore you book
Timing depends on route length, carrier availability, loading schedules, traffic, and weather. The pickup window and time in transit are separate parts of the plan. Request an estimated window for each and allow flexibility for changes; an initial estimate does not guarantee a delivery date.
Door-to-door service means coordinating pickup and delivery as close to your requested addresses as safely and legally possible. Narrow streets, low trees, weight restrictions, or limited turning space may require a nearby meeting point. Tell your coordinator about access restrictions before carrier assignment.
In many cases, yes, subject to the route and suitable loading equipment. Explain whether the vehicle rolls, steers, and brakes, and disclose missing wheels, damage, or modifications. A non-running vehicle may require additional equipment and cost more to load.
Remove valuables and loose items, take clear condition photos, and keep a working key available. Tell the carrier about alarms, leaks, low clearance, and other operating needs. Follow the assigned carrier’s instructions for fuel or battery level and document existing damage on the pickup Bill of Lading.
Do not assume belongings are permitted or covered. Ask about the assigned carrier’s item and weight restrictions before loading anything. Personal property may fall outside the carrier’s cargo coverage, and extra weight can affect the shipment. Remove valuables and essential documents.
Review the current price, what is included, payment schedule, cancellation terms, and estimated timing in writing. Confirm who your coordinator is and which carrier will perform the shipment when assigned. Ask for clarification on any difference between the planning estimate and the booking terms before agreeing.
