- Win the auction and pay the invoice. Manheim accepts EFS/Comdata, ACH, wire, and certified check from licensed dealer accounts. Most dealers are on terms with their Manheim representative.
- Generate the gate release. In your Manheim.com dealer account: "My Vehicles" → "Won" → select lot → "Gate Pass / Release". Or have your block runner pull it for you. The release lists vehicle, lot number, gate location, and authorized pickup window.
- Quote with Bold. Use our cost calculator with the Manheim location and your dealer/recon facility address. For multi-car loads, contact dispatch direct for consolidated quoting.
- Bold dispatches. Same-week pickup on most U.S. lanes. Manheim's larger locations have predictable gate hours and we know them.
- Yard pickup. Driver presents gate pass and dealer authorization at the gate. Manheim retrieves the vehicle from the lot. Bill of Lading inspection on the spot — driver photographs the vehicle. Standard dealer-grade vehicles have clean BOLs; condition reports from Manheim usually match.
- Door (lot) delivery. Driver delivers to your dealer lot or recon partner facility. BOL signed at delivery.

- Title and reassignment — Manheim handles title processing through Manheim Auction Services; titles arrive at your dealership 7–30 days post-purchase

Do I have to be a licensed dealer to use this service?
To buy at Manheim, yes — Manheim is dealer-only and the gate verifies dealer license at pickup. To use Bold for transport, no license is required, but the gate pass authorization will need to come from a Manheim account holder. If you're a non-dealer who somehow bought through a wholesaler proxy, the wholesaler will need to issue the gate pass.
